How old can a client be to perform MOXO assessment?
The minimum age for a client to perform MOXO assessment is 6.
What is the minimum purchase for MOXO assessments?
The minimum purchase is 5 assessments. We offer various package options; please contact us for details on packages and payment methods.
What are the technical requirements for the MOXO assessment?
To perform the MOXO assessment, ensure you have:
- A working internet connection
- A functional keyboard
- A screen resolution of at least 1024x768
- Functional speakers (recommended) or headphones
What are the recommended environment settings for the MOXO assessment?
- Quiet Environment: Find a distraction-free space and set your phone to "Do Not Disturb."
- Observation: Observers should sit 45 degrees behind the examinee without interrupting.
- Windows & Browsers: Close all background applications and browsers.
- No Interruptions: Be prepared for a 30-minute uninterrupted session once you start the assessment.
How long are assessments valid after purchase?
Assessments purchased in a package are valid for two years from the date of purchase. Any remaining balance after cancellation is also valid for two years from the cancellation date.
How can a team use MOXO with multiple professionals?
The team leader should create an account as the Account Owner. They can then open User accounts under their profile. The Account Owner manages purchases, and all Users share access to the team’s test balance. Each individual must have a personal account; sharing licenses is prohibited.
How much time should a client wait between assessment if they are taking medication?
Test retest reliability for the MOXO has been established with an inter-test interval of as little as 60 minutes, however time between assessments should be decided based on specific medication or intervention type requirements.
